There are lots of great items here, but be prepared for the HEAT!! πŸ₯΅ I got heat exhaustion while here. NO A/C...just several big fans blowing around hot air. I had to literally stop about 3 times and stand directly in front of a fan to cool down some. I wanted to shop here, because i live out of town, and have never been. I had no idea they sold water and drinks until I was checking out. I suggest bringing a huge bottle of water with you. I got dehydrated, with heat exhaustion, not knowing how hot it was inside the building. And if it's posted on the doors about the heat, you can't see it because the entrance doors were wide open. Some things are overpriced, and some are reasonable. I also saw cobwebs everywhere. No cleaning in this place apparently. If they could move to an air conditioned building, it would probably improve their business. So be prepared to sweat in the summer time here, and stay hydrated. I'm not going back until cooler weather to shop here. But if they don't have a/c, they probably don't have heat either, lol.

Variety, good finds, absolutely no ac and previously attacked by fleas. Discomfort aside, great place for strong folk.

too hot. Not a place to shop in the summer. No AC. Great items and prices but go in cooler weather.

I used to come here as a little girl with my grandmother, and we always had the best time. We would leave with little treasures and memories that made the trip special. I recently came back for the first time in years, and unfortunately, the experience was nothing like I remembered. Which sucks because I have adult money now and I’d like to spend it! First, the heat inside was almost unbearable. I understand that cooling a large building is expensive, but investing in proper air conditioning would make a huge difference not only for customers, but also for the employees who have to work in those conditions every day. The biggest disappointment, though, was the pricing. There are items that have been sitting here since I was a child, and I can only assume the reason is because they are priced far beyond what people are willing to pay. A lot of the booths no longer feel like a place to find genuine antiques or unique treasures but instead, they feel like collections of unwanted junk marked at retail prices or higher. I saw liquidation/overstock-style booths where items that were clearly bought wholesale were priced higher than what you could buy them for brand new. For example, I

Mgmt and staff are very friendly and helpful. Lots of great vendors and cool stuff! One of my favorite antique/thrift stores. The only reason I don’t give a 5 star is because there is no AC or heat. It is too miserable to shop in the heat of the summer.
